At TORE, we have a very high commitment to service and your overall experience. From the moment you make your deposit and receive your confirmation details, we begin making preparations for your activity. In addition to tangible preparations, we will even turn away clients who attempt to make arrangements that clash with your own, all to ensure nothing hampers or interferes with your plans.
As such, a cancellation has the potential to cause us losses in multiple ways. For this reason and more, the deposit you make is non refundable and non transferable. If you or someone else cannot attend a confirmed booking, there are a few options available for consideration.
1. REPLACEMENT: Just send someone else in their place. This is a quick and simple solution that can be arranged at your convenience.
2. RESCHEDULING: Depending on who is unable to attend, you may want to change the date and time of the activity for the entire group. Providing notice is given at least 48hrs before the start of your activity, a new date and time can be selected with no additional cost. Shorter notice will attract a $30 per person rescheduling fee.
3. PARTIAL RESCHEDULING: In circumstances where between 2 or more participants of a larger group are unable to attend, they can opt for a partial rescheduling, where they can attend TORE again within 2 weeks of the initial activity date. This option will attract a $25 fee.
If neither of these options are desirable or practical, unfortunately the deposit made will not be refunded nor can it be transferred to pay the final balance for another attendee. We thank you in advance for your understanding.
